Job Title: Brand Partnership Specialist

  • We are seeking an ambitious individual to spearhead our brand partnerships, focusing on identifying and cultivating meaningful connections with brands through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Research: Develop and execute market-driven lead generation programs, targeting quality conversions by leveraging market insights and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with brands, providing strategic partnership initiatives tailored to their needs.
  • Strategic Sales: Craft compelling sales pitches and develop tailored strategies for each brand, driving impactful conversations and campaign execution.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline, tracking outreach, conversations, and lead progression.
  • Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady growth, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and goal achievement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong desire for growth and right networking skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to brand needs.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and balance client expectations with precision.
