Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
  • Buildd and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
