Job Title: Operational Director

Our organization is seeking an experienced Operational Director to lead the growth and performance of a region. This key role will be responsible for owning revenue, managing critical metrics, and driving business initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic decision-making and in-depth analysis.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve business processes and product launches.
  • Manage a team of Business / Design Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs etc on a day-to-day basis.
  • Own quality of design closure for Livspace catalogue products and services.
  • Meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, C-sat, E-sat.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil engineering or equivalent degree.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and leadership skills.
