Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead the People and Culture function in our India, UAE, and Mauritius offices. This strategic role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape and scale HR capabilities across a fast-growing region.

The successful candidate will partner closely with local leadership teams and Group People & Culture to drive business priorities and implement key initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the People and Culture agenda for India, UAE, and Mauritius, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Developing and implementing scalable HR infrastructure to ensure consistency, compliance, and readiness for growth.
  3. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent planning, employee relations, performance issues, and workforce initiatives.
  4. Partnering with Group People & Culture to deliver group-wide programs in areas such as performance management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and internal mobility.
  5. Managing end-to-end recruitment, including senior-level hiring and oversight of external vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  6. Coaching and supporting local HR/administrative resources to strengthen on-the-ground delivery and capability.
  7. Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and Group HR governance standards, working closely with finance and legal partners.
  8. Supporting integration activities related to acquisitions, including harmonisation of HR practices and employee onboarding.
  9. Promoting a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement by leveraging employee feedback and workforce insights.
