About this Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources leader to drive the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a human capital and culture perspective.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is an asset.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution.
