Human Resources Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our organization's human resources and administrative functions. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving overall business growth.

  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
