Job Overview:

The role of an HR Business Partner involves collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes through effective Human Resources strategies and practices.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, including job description development and candidate onboarding.
  • Serve as a resource for employee benefit questions and provide guidance on recognition programs, reward schemes, and performance management.
  • Investigate and address employee concerns and complaints in a fair and impartial manner, working closely with management to resolve workplace issues.
  • Collaborate with the employer branding team to identify key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with department projects such as compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, and learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents outside of company systems and perform other duties as assigned.
