We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting Business Units: Aligning HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinating onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; supporting issue resolution in a timely and compliant manner.
- Performance Management: Assisting managers with the performance management cycle, ensuring timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
- HR Dashboards: Maintaining HR dashboards and using data insights to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
- Employee Engagement: Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organizational Change: Supporting organizational change efforts by ensuring seamless communication and employee alignment during transitions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
- Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
