Job Role: Strategic HR Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR leader to spearhead our organization's people practices. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, talent development, and performance optimization. Your expertise in HR policy formulation, governance processes, and conflict resolution will enable you to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and frameworks.
  • Drive performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Oversee employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2-4 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in HR policy formulation, governance processes, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
