Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.
  • Strong analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
