Strategic Leadership Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the end-to-end operations of Asset Reconstruction Company. This includes streamlining processes, ensuring effective governance, and aligning business functions with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Lead, monitor, and enhance the overall operations of the ARC, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.
  • Process Optimization: Define, implement, and improve process flows for ARC operations to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
  • Transaction Oversight: Evaluate and report on the stage and status of transactions, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely updates to senior management.
  • Technology Direction: Provide strategic direction and oversight for IT systems and processes to support business scalability and security.
  • Culture Development: Oversee HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to build a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Acumen: Supervise Finance function to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and accurate reporting.
  • Risk Governance: Provide oversight to the Audit function, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with regulatory norms, and proactive risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with significant exposure to ARC / NBFC / Banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing ARC business.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and process management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
