Job Title: Senior Delivery Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Director to lead and manage our delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivery leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing project managers, developers, and architects, as well as supporting hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage delivery teams to achieve project objectives and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to build a highly skilled and motivated team.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to capture market share.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
