Job Title: Senior HR Manager

The role of the Senior HR Manager is to lead the human resources function within an organization. This involves designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, reviewing employment applications, and conducting exit procedures.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Review: Evaluate employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.
  • Position Tracking: Update position tracking tools regularly to ensure accurate data.
  • Recruitment Channels: Identify new recruitment channels when necessary to expand reach.
  • Training Implementation: Assist with training needs and implementation according to plans in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Payroll Calculation: Ensure accurate attendance for error-free payroll calculation and processing.
  • Exit Procedures: Conduct exit procedures including exit documents, procedure, and exit interviews.
  • Performance Discussions: Conduct performance discussions through quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, assessment appraisal process, periodical employee development discussions, and regular performance feedback.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts, manage employees, address employee issues, and grievances.
  • Employee Survey: Lead employee surveys to maximize participation following global guidelines.

Requirements:

Education: Any graduate with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Skills:

  • Strong recruiting skills: sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation best practices: payroll, bonus system, and allowances.

Competencies:

  • Clear, professional communication skills both verbally and in written form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • High integrity and reliability; keen judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Action orientation, ability to problem-solve and get results.
  • Ability to work within a diverse team as well as independently.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively within a deadline-driven environment.
