Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Internship Programme is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry through a structured and intensive internship. You will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of talent acquisition, focusing on tech and product roles.

The programme is designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to excel in talent acquisition. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
