We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Accelerator to join our early sales team in Bengaluru, India. This role presents a unique opportunity to accelerate our growth and make a significant impact on our organization.

Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Accelerator will play a pivotal role in driving OpenIntervue's growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. The primary goal is to break into assigned accounts, build strong relationships, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

This is a fully on-site work-from-office opportunity for candidates based in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding new customers
  • Generating at least 200% of the sales pipeline for quarterly targets
  • Deeply understanding customer needs and OpenIntervue's products, articulating our unique value proposition in discovery and demo calls
  • Winning deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients
  • Maintaining meticulous details in the CRM and Sales Trackers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the B2B selling process
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to C-level executives and HR teams
  • Ability to proactively generate support rather than waiting for it
  • Track record of independently generating your own sales pipeline
  • Understanding of technology product development processes
