Regional Growth Leader

We are seeking a visionary Regional Growth Leader to spearhead our expansion across various segments. With 7–10 years of experience in Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Offline Payments, Distribution, or Telecom, this individual will drive strategic growth initiatives and lead high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for merchant/retailer acquisition and retention.
    • Drive sourcing, lead generation, and closure of new acquisitions & activations, consistently exceeding sales targets.
    • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of direct sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Plan and implement promotional strategies to boost market penetration and visibility, expanding our regional presence.
    • Travel extensively across the region, driving growth and market development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Effectively analyze sales data and metrics to inform data-driven decisions, optimizing business outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, team management, and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, practices, and industry trends, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
  • Proven leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities, with a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with excellent attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
