Job Overview

The Growth Program Manager is a key member of our team responsible for driving actions that lead to real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data & Analytics
  • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Build dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
Strategy and Execution
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
  • Build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Sales Enablement & Operations
  • Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
  • Manage sales reporting & dashboards, ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
Project & Program Management
  • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
