Chief Revenue Growth Officer

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the expansion of our business through strategic planning and execution. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategies to capitalize on them, and implementing these plans to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and academic teams, to ensure seamless alignment and maximize student enrollments.
- Lead a team of Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams to achieve set targets.
- Establish clear goals, track performance metrics, and maintain accountability throughout the organization.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of success in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom industries.
- Expertise in BTL/field marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
