Director of Marketing and Demand Generation

A key leadership role exists to drive brand positioning, growth strategy, and customer acquisition in the competitive HR Tech SaaS market.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This includes leveraging thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns to position SimplifyVMS as the premier VMS solution in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a unified go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with sales, product, and executive leadership.
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue acceleration across global locations.
  • Implement data-driven growth marketing tactics to attract and convert enterprise HR, procurement, and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring a high-quality MQL-to-SQL pipeline.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

Strategies must be developed to acquire and convert leads into paying customers. This includes optimizing lead acquisition strategies through SEO, SEM, ABM, digital advertising, and marketing automation.

Content & Thought Leadership

Compelling content must be created to establish SimplifyVMS as a trusted authority in workforce solutions. This includes whitepapers, case studies, webinars, industry reports, and blogs.

Customer & Partner Marketing

Customer advocacy programs must be built to leverage client success stories and testimonials in marketing efforts. Co-marketing initiatives with VMS, MSP, and HR Tech ecosystem partners must also be developed to expand market reach.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

Key marketing KPIs must be defined and tracked, including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, MQL conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics. Campaign effectiveness must be driven using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
