Revenue Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to accelerate growth and drive top-line revenue in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.
  2. Lead market and client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
  3. Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
  4. Analyze pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
  5. Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
  6. Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
  7. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for QBRs and leadership reviews to influence growth priorities, competitive strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred.
