Revenue Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to lead our dedicated RevOps team and shape its future. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end HubSpot implementations, configure advanced lead routing models, map revenue processes, and build scalable workflows and automations.

  • Lead complex HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure advanced lead scoring models and lifecycle stages.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Implement integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance within HubSpot.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups.
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools.
  • Analytical mindset — you can find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
