Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Real Estate to join our growing team in Hubli. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive a team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client network.

Conduct site visits and client meetings for property sales.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market (Hubli/Dharwad preferred).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
