Customer Sales Manager

  • Act as a point of contact between customers and companies
  • Responding to customer queries and solving them to help them make a purchase
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly replying to emails, answering calls, proactively keeping informed and follow-up
  • Providing detailed and accurate quotations with the help of internal managers
  • Maintaining sales records, releasing sales order and updating it in the CRM system
  • Internal communication with other teams like purchase, finance etc
  • Learn about products, services and company policies regularly
  • Participating in sales meetings
  • No travel required (fully office job)

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic arithmetic skills
  • Computer literacy skills like MS Office, CRM, etc
  • Working knowledge of CRM software that is used to collect and retrieve details of customer
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Work experience 0-10 years

Languages : English, Hindi, Kannada (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
