Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Park+. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and employee engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pre-Boarding Activities: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to gather necessary information about new hires.
  2. Ensure that pre-onboarding forms are filled and submitted in a timely manner.
  3. Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, including HR and business orientation from day one to seven as applicable.
  4. Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure that new employees have the necessary equipment, access, and workspace on their first day.
  5. New Hire Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
  6. Facilitate introductions and connections between new hires and their team members, managers, and other key contacts within the organization.
  7. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding activities, ensuring that all compliance forms are signed and submitted as applicable.
  8. E nsure that all onboarding documentation is properly filed and accessible.
  9. Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor the completion of onboarding tasks and follow up with new hires and relevant departments as needed.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from new hires and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Employee Engagement:
  1. Plan and Execute Events: Organize and execute company-wide events, monthly engagement activities, celebrations, and activities that enhance team cohesion and employee morale.
  2. Logistics and Budgeting: Coordinate logistics, budgets, and resources for these events to ensure successful execution.
  3. Engagement and Participation: Engage employees in the planning process to encourage participation and ownership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding or employee engagement.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
