Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Marketing Lead to join our team at Bytes Technolab Private Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive business growth.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Direct the outbound team to exceed joint marketing lead generation targets through the effective execution of our proven strategy.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to support team growth and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a supervisory or management role in outbound marketing is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing and data research tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Excellent team and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience Required: 5+ Years.
