Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for developing strategies that drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through various outreach marketing methods. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create compelling outreach campaigns and track key performance metrics.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating a B2B email, cold calling, and LinkedIn campaign to reach out to prospects.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to create compelling outreach campaigns.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate lead information.
  • Directing the outbound team to exceed joint marketing lead generation targets through the effective execution of our proven strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related field.
  • Significant experience in a supervisory or management role in outbound marketing is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with email marketing and data research tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent team and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven Approach.
