We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Top Sales Professional to join our team at Uppteam. This role is based in Ahmedabad, Kolkata, or Mumbai and requires a strong track record of success in outbound sales, particularly in the US market.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to build on their existing skills and experience in order to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the US B2B market. As a Top Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, qualifying leads, and identifying new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of international experience in B2B sales targeting the US market. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is also required. We are looking for someone who is proficient in using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, and has experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
  • Managing incoming queries and building strong client relationships
  • Qualifying leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding client requirements
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Preparing for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and gathering relevant lead information
  • Maintaining a track record of building new and maintaining strong existing customer relationships

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of international experience in B2B sales targeting the US market

  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
