Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team in Gujarat, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and providing personalized travel solutions to our clients in the UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UK and US-based travel processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other related services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel arrangements, pricing, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
