At Bluestone Travels, we're seeking a skilled Travel Itinerary Coordinator to join our team.
Estimated Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel itineraries for clients. This involves understanding client preferences, booking flights, hotels, and activities, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Itinerary Planning: Design and suggest customized travel itineraries, taking into account client preferences, budget constraints, and travel requirements.
- Booking Services: Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Travel Packages: Create bespoke travel packages and offer recommendations based on research and firsthand experience.
- Documentation: Assist clients with travel documents such as visas, passports, and insurance.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any travel issues or emergencies, ensuring the client has a smooth experience.
- Updates and Changes: Inform clients of changes in travel plans, cancellations, or delays and assist with rebooking.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote travel deals and special offers; upsell additional services like guided tours, car rentals, or travel insurance.
- Budget Management: Help clients stay within budget and find the best possible rates and options.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; additional certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
- Experience: Freshers are welcomed or 1 year experienced as a travel agent or similar role in the travel industry.
- Knowledge: Understanding of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Multiple Languages: Knowledge of multiple languages can be beneficial in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Personal Travel Experience: Having personal travel experience in various destinations can enhance your understanding of different cultures and travel requirements.
- Up-to-date Knowledge of Travel Trends: Staying updated on the latest travel trends and emerging destinations can help you provide better recommendations to clients.
Working Hours and Location
This role may involve working in an office environment for 9 hours a day, preferably from 10 am to 7 pm, depending on business requirements.
