Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by executives.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations; attend meetings as needed, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide project support to executives, including tracking deadlines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
