Administrative Coordinator to Senior Executive

DEV HR Solutions seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven experience in data management and report preparation
- Ability to plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Previous experience in executive support or related role is preferred
- Knowledge of operations and administrative processes
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Screen and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls for the Managing Director
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for the Managing Director
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
