Block Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Block Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in block sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends.
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in block sales.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6+ years of experience in block sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends.
- Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate degree, with a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be based in Himatnagar, Gujarat, and will be required to travel extensively throughout the region to meet with clients and stakeholders. A competitive salary package is offered, up to ₹8 lac per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
