Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Hire Xpert. As an Inside Sales Engineer/Executive, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Sales Execution: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE
