Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives who will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our new product offerings to clients. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell IT products to prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future action plans.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, software solutions, or a similar field, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of IT products and explain them to clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
