About the CompanyMakeMyTrip is a leading online travel company that aims to provide seamless, reliable, real-time inventory and pricing of various travel products such as domestic and international hotels, flights, and holiday packages to travel agent partners across the country.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Executive Business Development Manager to build our MyPartner brand in the mapped market, ensuring maximum spread and depth. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential travel agents, ensuring platform adoption, and resolving queries for onboarded travel agents.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Relationship Management: Connect with travel agents, manage accounts, drive sustainable performance, source new travel agents, and provide expertise and recommendations.
- Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Develop business plans to achieve revenue goals, ensure inventory levels exceed demand, and maintain rate competitiveness.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish and maintain partner relationships, train travel agents on our product, and create MIS and market intelligence reports.
- Negotiating: Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
We require a Master's degree from a reputable institute with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales. Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.
