About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Technomine. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional travel solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets in the UK and US markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and tailored travel recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to remain competitive.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Promote additional travel services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of travel arrangements, pricing, and policies to clients.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
