Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Manager at Basware, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our solutions. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, develop tailored success plans, and provide proactive guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer success plans that align with customer goals and objectives
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Basware solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion
• Monitor and improve customer health and satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3+ years of customer relationship management experience
• Experience in a customer management role within a SaaS and business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required
