Job Title: Customer Success Manager
The Basware Customer Success team is a global organization ensuring high-quality delivery and customer experience. Our team works closely with customers to create joint success plans, offer practical guidance, and help them achieve their goals.
We focus on demonstrating the return on investment and acting as trusted advisors. Our goal is to ensure customers are delighted and getting the most out of our products and services.
Our team monitors adoption and health, and we focus on helping customers use our products and services effectively. This approach is essential for retaining customers, increasing the value they get over time, and expanding their usage of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for customer success
- Ensure successful ramp-up of Basware solutions and services
- Ensure successful and high adoption of Basware solutions and services
- Manage customer health
- Account Management
- Rewal and Retention
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer relationship management experience
- Experience in a customer management role within a SaaS and business environment
- Experience in Continuous business improvement and value creation for the customer
- Good written, presentation and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-driven and target orientated
- Can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
