Strategic Partnership Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Identification & Development: Research and identify potential partners, developing customized partnership models to maximize value for partner institutions.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers.
  • Program Implementation & Coordination: Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
  • Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organization at national and regional education fairs, skill development summits, and industry conferences.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of trends in higher education, skill development policies, government initiatives, and competitive offerings to refine partnership strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the education sector.

• Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
