Job Summary
Tech Army, LLC is seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the US market. This dynamic role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional business development skills and experience working with Federal government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and align them with Tech Army's strategies to identify opportunities.
- Generate new leads, reach out to decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals aligned with our strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- BBA / BS/ MBA or a degree in engineering with at least 5 years of business development/sales experience in a service or consulting background in the US market.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with US Federal government agencies, preferably with DOE and DOD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Benefits
- Relocation to the U.S. after successfully completing a minimum of one year at the Mumbai office of Tech Army (performance-based).
- Opportunity to travel up to 20 days a month for client meetings and events within the USA.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
