We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our business growth in the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to engage with business partners, building new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to take ownership of business development and contribute to the company's overall success. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in design consultancy services, and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP & Green building services marketing / sales sectors.
  • Built and maintain relationships with clients from the construction industry, including builders, contractors, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate new leads and expand our customer base in the Maharashtra region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in project sales or services sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in design consultancy services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
