Digital Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Manager to join our team at Rooter. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising and performance marketing initiatives.
With a strong background in ad sales, preferably in digital platforms, you will leverage your expertise to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain existing relationships with agencies and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Fostering partnerships with major brand advertisers
- Selling and pitching advertising solutions
- Managing and scaling a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ad sales, preferably in digital platforms
- Strong relationships with agencies and clients
- Fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
