Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced IT sales professional looking to leverage their skills and expertise in the field of bench sales. As a Sales Consultant with MRCC Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with consultants to understand their requirements and preferences, and use this information to develop targeted marketing strategies that meet their needs.
  • Your primary goal will be to successfully close deals with clients and consultants, and to maintain long-term relationships with both parties.
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the latest IT concepts and trends, and be able to effectively communicate these to clients and consultants.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a bench sales or BDM role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and concepts, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
