As a Regional Performance Manager with HDB Financial Services Ltd., you will be responsible for achieving profit targets for a cluster of branches in the region. This involves ensuring 100% compliance with set sales targets, handling a team of Sales, Credit, and Operations personnel, and evaluating their performance.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate or MBA degree with 8-11 years of experience, including 5-8 years in the mortgage business. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential to motivate and retain large teams. You should also be able to drive profitability at unit and zonal levels, manage partnerships and sales channels, and conceptualize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Credit Administration: Ensure timely disbursement of loans and maintain a delinquency ratio below the industry average.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of branch operations, including staffing, training, and motivation of team members.
  • Client Servicing: Foster strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales, credit, and operations professionals to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA degree with 8-11 years of experience in the mortgage business.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage business and its profit drivers.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to drive and track profitability at unit and zonal levels.
  • Ability to set and manage targets, budgets, and partnerships/sales channels.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing marketing initiatives.
