At Zero Solution, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Professional to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
    • Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and respond accordingly.
    • Maintain a courteous and empathetic demeanor while addressing customer issues.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Identify customer needs, concerns, or complaints and work towards resolving them effectively.
    • Troubleshoot product or service-related problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to address customer inquiries.
    • Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
    • Generate reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service and professionalism.
    • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
    • Share customer insights, feedback, and best practices with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Adhere to established quality standards and SLAs in all customer interactions.
    • Participate in training sessions and quality assurance initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
