To lead the operational activities in our healthcare facility, ensuring seamless coordination between medical teams and efficient delivery of patient care.

About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 per annum to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Skills Required:
  • Must be fluent in English language for effective communication with patients, doctors, and other team members.
  • Assist doctors in their orders, record vital signs of patients, and monitor their condition.
  • Taking RBS, ECG, and monitoring patients with cardiac monitors.
  • Ensure all emergency medicines and equipment are in working condition in the clinic.
  • Guide, educate, and follow-up with patients for day-to-day affairs.
  • Admit patients in hospitals and ensure strict compliance with medical record keeping in EMR software.
  • Follow-up with TPAs and query management.
  • Withdraw blood samples from pediatric patients over 3 years old.
  • Administrative and Coordination Skills Required:
  • Check inventories, equipment, and requisition supplies on time.
  • Manage monthly inventory, indenting, stock keeping, record keeping, and asset maintenance.
  • Nursing documentation, patient record keeping, and orientation to junior nursing team members.
  • Data-driven, well-versed in MS Office, Email, electronic media, etc.
  • Education and Experience:
  • BSc. (Nursing) degree with at least 2-3 years of similar experience.
  • Registered with Delhi Nursing Council (DMC).
