We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service environment. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Our ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be proficient in using sales-related software and tools, and have a good product knowledge with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly.
As a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and customer feedback. You will also maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and updates in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities through various channels.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, address their questions, and provide relevant information about our products or services.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence in our offerings.
- Use consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and tailor product or service recommendations to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and customer feedback.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales-related software and tools.
