We are seeking a skilled Pre Sales Specialist to join our team at ROPEUP Recruitment Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage both inbound and outbound call processes.
  2. Ensure data quality and management.
  3. Conduct customer insights, analytics, and predictive buying behavior to enhance prospect segmentation, profile targeting, and product positioning.
  4. Generate timely reports and MIS for business and campaign performance.
  5. Maintain high call quality and customer experience.
  6. Service leads generated from ATL and BTL marketing activities, driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings from the Contact Centre team.

Requirements:
  1. The candidate must have 0-6 years of experience in BPO or real estate.
  2. Possess a positive attitude and be goal-oriented.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills.
  4. Exhibit excellent conversational and customer service skills.
  5. Be fluent in minimum 4 languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
  6. Have proficiency in working with reports in Excel.
  7. Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and in-depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research.
