Job Description

As a Healthcare Pre, Technical Sales Specialist at Bosch, you will play a crucial role in enabling the presales function, working closely with sales, business, and delivery teams to lead proposals (reactive and proactive). You will understand healthcare systems architecture across multiple segments, specific to digital transformation, and consult the latest architectural trends to knowledge papers on the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical assessments on customer systems and collaborate with other horizontal teams to create consolidated offerings for healthcare customers.
  • Create partnerships with hyperscalers and other 3rd party providers.
  • Develop business strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, including market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, identifying new opportunities, and assessing the feasibility of expansion initiatives.
  • Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, devising GTM/Existing Client expansion strategies, developing compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning strategies that differentiate healthcare services in the analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 14-16 years of experience in a related field.
  • PREFERRED: MBA.
