Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team at Sobha Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer requirements and be able to analyze and report on sales pipeline updates.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Analysis: Understand and closely analyze customer requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system and submit reports as required.
  • Follow-up and Conversion: Follow-up with customers, achieve high conversions, and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Pre-Sales Function: Responsible for the entire pre-sales function, from lead handling to site visits.
  • Communication: Attend inbound calls, make outbound calls, and provide project details to leads.
  • Cross-Selling: Pitch unique features of the project/product to potential customers and resolve project-related inquiries.
  • Language Fluency: Language fluency required, with English mandatory and one regional language.
